The Regulation Session is the foundation of everything we do — a full acupuncture treatment paired with a 15-minute therapeutic massage to help your nervous system downshift out of fight-or-flight and into genuine recovery.

This session is ideal for:

Performance Recovery Session

$175 | 90 minutes

The Performance Recovery Session is our signature offering — a comprehensive treatment designed for athletes, first responders, and high-output professionals who need more than rest. Acupuncture, cupping, and therapeutic massage work together to reduce inflammation, release deep muscular tension, restore range of motion, and reset your nervous system from the inside out.

This session is ideal for:

Athletes in active training or competition cycles
First responders managing physical and occupational stress
Post-event or post-shift recovery
Chronic tension, pain, and performance plateaus

Corporate Wellness Visit

$350 | 4-hour on-site visit

Bring recovery to your team.

The Ad Astra Corporate Wellness Visit brings the tools of nervous system regulation directly to your workplace. Over four hours on-site, Dr. Ramirez offers ear seed applications and guided nervous system regulation to your staff — no needles required, no downtime, no disruption to your workday.

Ear seeds are small, non-invasive seeds placed on specific acupressure points on the outer ear. They’re discreet, effective, and can be worn for days after your visit — continuing to support calm focus, stress resilience, and recovery long after we’ve packed up.

This visit is ideal for:

Fire stations, sheriff departments, and first responder agencies
Schools, hospitals, and healthcare teams
Corporate offices and professional organizations
Any team carrying the weight of high-demand work

What’s included: Up to 4 hours on-site, ear seed applications for all participating staff, nervous system regulation guidance and education, take-home care instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance? We are not currently paneled with insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. A superbill is available upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Where do sessions take place? All individual sessions are mobile — we come to your home, office, gym, or another agreed-upon location within San Diego County. For corporate visits, we come to your workplace.

What should I wear? Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is ideal. For acupuncture, we’ll need access to your lower legs, forearms, and depending on your treatment, your back or abdomen. We’ll walk you through everything when you book.

Is this my first time? What do I need to do? Just book and show up. You’ll complete a brief health intake before your first session. We’ll handle the rest.

How many sessions will I need? It depends on your goals and your body. Some clients feel significant relief after one session. Others build a regular maintenance rhythm. We’ll talk through a realistic plan at your first visit — no pressure, no packages required upfront.
